• The fully automated leavening lines developed by the Czech company Kornfeil provide leavening for large batches of bakery products such as: loaves, round breads, baguettes, buns and others.
Ideal for bakeries with large or very large production capacities, they integrate perfectly into baking lines Cornfeel or together with the tunnel furnaces.
Depending on the specifications of the bakery product, leaveners can be with: band, tray, cradles or baskets.
The adjustment of the parameters is done manually or automatically through the MultiControl program, and the design of each dispenser can be done individually, depending on the specific requirements of the client and the production space.

Basket leavens, available in various shapes and sizes, are ideal for rye flour and wheat-rye mix bakery products. With textile insert, the baskets have a gentle degree of inclination, working width 1800 – 3000 mm, maintaining the appropriate shape of the specific assortment of bread.
Tray proofers are suitable for specialty pastries and baguettes. Placing the bakery products on the trays, as well as removing them, is done automatically, and the leavening time can be set from 40 to 120 minutes. This type of fermenter can be perfectly integrated into the lines of tunnel furnaces.

High standard technology
Plantain yeasts are suitable for low wheat bakery products, such as ciabatta or pizza crust. The leavening is done on plates, with automatic placement and removal of bakery products. The fermentation time can be adjusted, as needed, from 40 to 120 minutes, as well as the lower fermentation temperature of 25 – 26°C.
All leavens automatic machines produced by the Kornfeil company are made of galvanized steel or stainless steel, and automatic cleaning is carried out to the highest standards for the complete destruction of the bacterial environment.
The fermenters can be equipped with air cooling units, useful especially in hot periods, when the temperature in the production spaces can exceed that set in the fermenter, thus leading to over-fermentation of the products.

The range of equipment developed by the Kornfeil company is distributed in Romania by the company Nova Pan SRL from Brasov.
