The equipment for dividing, pre-baking and modeling the dough is a key component in industrial bakeries, but also in those of medium and even small capacity, especially due to the reduction of the need for personnel.

Spanish company has sold in Romania, starting from 1994 and until now, more than 540 equipment, first known under the Ciberpan brand, then becoming Colbake.
The dough dividing, pre-stirring and shaping group is used for automatic portioning of dough pieces to produce a diverse range of bakery products, such as round bread, sandwich, buns, croissants, etc.
By means of a control panel, both the weight and the number of divided dough pieces per minute can be adjusted. As each variety of bakery product needs different settings, the equipment developed by Colbake allows the possibility of dividing pieces of dough of different weights by changing the settings of the divider.

Equipment for increased productivity
The bread maker should be an indispensable piece of equipment in any bakery that wants to have quality products. It ensures the necessary time and optimal conditions for the dough to rest, between the dividing operation and the final shaping, so that the resulting dough has the necessary elasticity for shaping. The pre-leavener allows the control of the whole process of resting and rising of the dough, so that a superior quality product can be obtained.

Colbake's automatic dividing, pre-baking and shaping line allows the dividing and shaping of both dense doughs and those with increased hydration, minimizing human intervention in its processing. Also, the use of this automatic assembly leads to increased productivity, in the conditions of a safe and silent working environment.
The touch-screen control panel allows simple and quick calibration of the baking line according to the need. At the same time, it offers the possibility of memorizing the recipes of various bakery products, setting the volume of divided dough, the working speed, and the number of divided dough pieces.
The equipment developed by the Spanish company is distributed in Romania by Nova Pan from Brasov.
