In the Start Up section of the IBA 2023 exhibition, a real show of technological innovation and creativity, the Arta Albă Editorial Office and Mihai Todor, Sales Director at Confectioner Isteț, had the opportunity to witness a performance demonstration of the new Procusini mini chocolate 3D printer.

Gerd Funk, CEO of Print4Taste in Freising, Germany also told us a few words about top models of the new range Procusis, adapted to professional chocolatiers, "Procusini Performance Stack", with an emphasis on efficiency and ease of operation.

Even the base model "Procusini Single" from the new product family has a production surface 5 times larger compared to the predecessor model, as well as an intuitive operator guidance system via a touch screen with instructions in 5 languages.

The new 3D printer for chocolate Mini cookies, presented by the company Print4Taste at IBA 2023, offers professionals in the field the opportunity to print their own chocolate decorations, now with a substantially reduced financial effort. It is the first time that a 3D printer for chocolate is becoming accessible to a larger number of professionals in the field, thanks to the reduced cost.
The device is available immediately and is aimed at professionals who, in addition to ease of use, expect to be able to make their own settings. And that's not all! Mini cookies it allows you to use your own chocolate, and that's because individual settings for temperature, speed, etc. can be made and saved.

If you do not want to use your own chocolate, you can successfully use special chocolate bars from the manufacturer, so-called "3D Choco Refills". In this case, all settings are already made by the manufacturer and you can immediately start creating your artistic settings.
Self-explanatory icons and user instructions in 5 languages ensure intuitive operation of the printer via a touch screen. For example, chocolate labels for cakes or desserts can be created in just a few minutes with no prior knowledge.
The delivery package includes over 1000 free templates and access to The Procusini Club where other templates are available online. Individual objects such as letters and logos can also be created.

All Procusini equipment carries the technology guarantee "Made in Germany". They are manufactured at the manufacturer's headquarters in Freising, near Munich, and are fully functionally tested before delivery.
