• Brașov, October 23-24, 2024 – Rheon, Zeelandia and Nova Pan supported in partnership an event addressed to the leaders of the bakery, pastry and confectionery industry.
This demonstration event, organized by Nova Pan and held at the company's headquarters in Brașov, in the special space intended for such occasions, Baking Show, gave participants, top professionals in the field, the opportunity to discover how they can create innovative products with the help of the latest Japanese technology from Rheon and the unique solutions offered by Zeelandia.
Demonstrations highlighted immediately applicable business solutions in these areas, with the event providing a unique insight into how leading Japanese technology – through equipment Cornucopia KN 551 made available by the Rheon company – and the innovative ingredients offered by Zeelandia can transform production processes, increasing efficiency and giving added quality to the products obtained.
Technological innovation
It was also a unique opportunity to interact with other industry professionals and share valuable experiences. The importance of this event was also emphasized by Mr. Ciprian Brebeanu, CEO Nova Pan: "Given our involvement in a project of such scope, which we want to continue in 2025, we believe that such events are very important.
Within this project, we intend to invite our most important suppliers, who will transfer their technological experience to Romanian producers.
And that's because we still see many imported products on the shelves of large stores, Romania being present on foreign markets only through a few brands, also known at the national level. The balance should balance. But this can only be achieved by turning ideas into reality. We want to present Romanian manufacturers with product ideas and the way in which these ideas can be turned into reality.
Romania still benefiting from European funds - there are some current financing measures for this sector as well - it would be regrettable not to increase the level of technology in the processing of raw materials." he declared.
Regarding the expectations that Nova Pan has as an organizer, Mr. Brebeanu added: "During its 23 years of existence, Nova Pan has developed a 360-degree vision, trying to offer its customers a complex of services and products.
