Puratos launches "From the Oven, into the Future", a dialogue platform for entrepreneurs in the bakery and confectionery industry

• Bucharest, July 09, 2026. Puratos, the world leader in raw materials for bakery, pastry, confectionery and chocolate, launches "From the oven, into the future", a podcast dedicated to entrepreneurs, brands and professionals shaping the future of the Romanian bakery, pastry and confectionery industry. The series aims to create an authentic space for dialogue about innovation, entrepreneurship and the transformations of an industry in continuous evolution.

The project marks three decades of Puratos activity in a different way: by highlighting the community of professionals, entrepreneurs and brands that contribute to the development of the market every day. Each episode brings to the audience authentic stories of entrepreneurial courage, innovation, changes in consumer behavior and the directions in which the industry is evolving.

From the oven to the future

Moderated by Gabriela Dan, Editor-in-Chief of Arta Albă magazine, the series aims to become a relevant dialogue space for professionals in the field, but also for all those interested in how to build strong brands and sustainable businesses.

“Over the past 30 years, we have had the privilege of working alongside hundreds of entrepreneurs who have built this industry with passion, courage and perseverance. ‘From the Oven, to the Future’ was born from the desire to give them a voice and create a space where their experiences, challenges and ideas can inspire the entire community. I believe that the progress of an industry always begins with dialogue and the willingness to learn from each other,” said Gabriela Bereș, Managing Director Central & Eastern Europe, Puratos Group.

"Thirty years means, above all, relationships built with people who had the courage to create, invest and carry forward the tradition of Romanian bakery, pastry and confectionery. We wanted this anniversary to be about the community that has been with us all this time. 'From the oven, into the future' is our invitation to a dialogue about the lessons of the past, the challenges of the present and the opportunities that will define the coming years of the industry", stated Andreea Ciocănescu, Marketing Manager Puratos Romania.

The first episodes will feature David Alb (Senneville), Viorel Ognean (Lantmännen), Nicoleta Blagu (La Lorraine), Ionuț Ilie (Bimbo), Bogdan Oprișor (Ana Pan), Mirela Cață (Ana Pan) and Ciprian Popa (Oltina), alongside artisans from the confectionery and chocolate fields.

Each conversation explores topics such as entrepreneurial journeys and defining moments in business development, the products and recipes that defined each brand's identity, changes in consumer preferences, current challenges and future opportunities for the industry, as well as business lessons that can inspire the new generation of entrepreneurs.

The podcast is produced together with a series of partners who share the same mission of supporting the development of the industry and local entrepreneurs. Arta Albă Magazine, the main editorial landmark of baking and confectionery professionals, is a media partner and moderator of the dialogue through Gabriela Dan. The production of the podcast is coordinated by Tudor Communication, the video and audio post-production is carried out by Pagina de Media, and the communication and public relations strategy is supported by EF Words Group. Together, these partners contribute to transforming the podcast into a relevant platform for dialogue and inspiration for the entire industry.

The series will be published on the Puratos Romania YouTube channel and will be promoted through Puratos' digital channels and White Art, each episode being complemented by editorial materials and content adapted for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and the company's newsletters.
