Bakery specialists from Romania are invited to the Black Sea Baking Cup Competition, "Bakery without borders". This competition will take place from December 1-3, 2021 at VDNH, the second largest exhibition complex in Moscow. The event is organized under the auspices of the Organization for Economic Cooperation in the Black Sea Region (BSEC). Romania is a full member in this organization, the coordinator being the Russian Federation.
The only relevant competition in the Black Sea Region
Black Sea Baking Cup, "Bakery without borders" it is the only relevant competition in the Black Sea Region. Here, teams from different countries can demonstrate their baking skills and exchange best practices and experience. The teams will also be able to present their own cultural traditions of the regions they represent.
Teams made up of 3 people and a member of the Jury
"Each BSEC member state will present a team consisting of 3 people and a member of the Jury. The competition is organized in real time in stands specially equipped for baking (equipment and materials are provided by the technical partners of the event). After the completion of the competition program, each team will present its products to the Jury. The project was approved at the BSEC SME Working Group Meeting (November 12, 2020).
