The Romanian Association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of Ingredients in the Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery Industry (FEDIMA) is a partner of INGREDIENTS SHOW, edition number 4. The event will take place between October 5-9. This year's edition will be a special one, because the webinars will be held online and the structure of the program will be different.
FEDIMA brings together more than 200 companies – manufacturers and suppliers of ingredients in the bakery, pastry and confectionery industry. Since 2011, the association has been collaborating with many public and private organizations in related industries to increase the impact of the actions carried out. By partnering with the INGREDIENTS SHOW, the organization's representatives want to support the industry and get in touch with other important players, suppliers of ingredients and services.

INGREDIENTS SHOW is the only event dedicated to food ingredients in Romania. The fourth edition will take place between October 5-9, on the ZOOM platform. More than 300 participants are expected in thematic webinars on alternative raw materials, functional ingredients, new foods and innovative finished products, formulations and reformulations, technologies, hygiene, organic products and dietary supplements. Each day will be dedicated to a specific segment of the food industry, with October 8 being about the milling and baking sector.
