Pavoni Italia is delighted to collaborate with renowned international Chefs of the sector. The most recent example is the very popular Cédric Grolet (pictured), holder of the title "World's Best Pastry Chef 2018", who collaborated with Pavoni Italia in a truly spectacular project, namely the creation of silicone molds for making desserts "fruitcakes", these being his benchmark.
Antonio Bachour (pictured) collaborated with Pavoni to create his line of chocolate praline molds, "CANDY", but also to the development of the range of silicone molds for monoports, PAVOFLEX, becoming one of the main brand ambassadors.
Pavoni Italia also collaborated with Emmanuele Forcone (pictured), winner of the World Pastry Cup in 2015, for the elegant collection of silicone molds entitled "The Tortures of Emmanuele" ("Le Torte di Emmanuelle"), but also for range of special dyes, dedicated to chocolate and confectionery.
