CARNEXPO Grill, the biggest gastronomic event of 2021, announces a first on the market in Romania, by launching the most expensive burger, worth 1.000 euros. The Golden Burger will be made from premium ingredients: Romanian beef, caviar produced in Romania, buns, locally sourced cheeses and vegetables, and will be decorated with gold leaf. The sheet was provided by Nova Pan. The most expensive burger will be made by Chef Iulian Olaru, with almost 20 years of experience in the kitchen. The €1.000 burger will be prepared and presented at the Grill Fest stand within the CARNEXPO Grill event, organized on June 10 and 11, at Theodora Golf Club, in Alba Iulia.

CARNEXPO Grill is a unique event in Romania for the promotion of local products that marks the opening of the grill season and the launch of BBQ products. This event wants to remove the formal barriers surrounding standard conferences and bring together specialists from the agri-food industry, Grill Fest is the newest project of Adoor Event, dedicated to consumers, intended to become the largest festival dedicated to meat and gastronomy in Romania. Grill Fest is a project supported by a number of entrepreneurs from the meat industry, HoReCa and retail.
Surprise guests
CARNEXPO Grill will be an exceptional edition, with many surprises for participants, thanks to the partnerships concluded by CARNEXPO Grill with the National Association of Chefs and Confectioners in Tourism (ANBCT), the Association of Italian Chefs, the Culinary Institute Disciples Escoffier, the Association of Meat Processors of the Republic Moldova, the organizers of the Pork Festival (who will give live demonstrations of pork preparation). There will also be special guests from Belgium, Spain, Germany, etc. At CARNEXPO Grill 2021, a delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, led by the responsible minister, Adrian Oros, also confirmed their participation.
