Contemporary design

The material of the product showcase is vitally important to the design - thus, the showcases FLAT, VERTIGO and MYA from CIAM can be customized. Made of stainless steel, they can also be dressed to order with acrylic panels, quartz composite, marble, natural stone, brass, adapted to customer needs. The profiles and visible metal parts of the CIAM showcases have been designed with a unique and minimalist style, the standard finish is stainless steel, but another finish can be chosen on request.
MYA showcases, with their trapezoidal shape, focus the customer's attention on the displayed products. The purity of the geometric line of the MYA showcases gives the exhibition space continuity, elegance and sophistication.

The FLAT warm display cases are available in bain-marie versions, designed to display trays of hot snacks, or in the version with an electric heating plate, which can integrate both a simple humidifier and one with ventilation, to enhance the conservation performance of displayed products.

For this reason, CIAM has patented an anti-fogging system, using 8 mm pyrolytic crystals and low-voltage electrical resistances, ensuring perfect transparency even in heated showcases.
VERTIGO display cases for refrigerating products are equipped with a system that ensures a high level of humidity, which favors the correct preservation of the displayed products. The patented anti-fogging system of the VERTIGO display cases from CIAM is characterized by the innovative invisible heating of the glass through laser micro-incisions.
The defrosting of refrigerated display cases is adapted to long-term professional use. It is automatic or programmable, and the stainless steel trays are removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.
