• Between January 23 and 27, 2025, Eurexpo Lyon, France, hosts Sirha Lyon, one of the most important international fairs for gastronomy, hospitality and food service professionals.
With more than 4.000 exhibitors and brands from more than 40 countries, the 2025 edition promises to be the most extensive and comprehensive yet, attracting a diverse audience of specialists and decision-makers.
For five days, visitors will have the opportunity to explore 13 dedicated sectors, from bakery, pastry and confectionery, to kitchen equipment, digitalisation, sustainable packaging, premium food and wine – a novelty for this edition.

The event is animated by prestigious competitions, such as the final Pastry World Cup (January 24-25) and the famous Bocuse d'Or (January 26-27). Sirha also offers a wide range of experiences: Sirha Food Forum for debates on current issues, Sirha Bake dedicated to innovations in baking, Sirha Coffee Show with barista competitions, and Sirha Métiers de Bouche, a space where technical excellence is put in the foreground.
A focal point of the fair is the Innovation Zone, where visitors can discover the latest award-winning products and solutions at Sirha Innovation Awards.
