Pastry Chef Ioana Romanescu – Debic's first Romanian Brand Ambassador

Pastry Chef Ioana Romanescu graduated from the prestigious pastry school, Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She is the first graduate from Romania of the "Pastry Innovation & Wellness" Program within the Institute, designed to offer a culinary education that emphasizes innovation and creativity.

Since 2014, Ioana Romanescu owns Cupcake Philosophy, a business that has exceeded 1 million euros in turnover in the 8 years since its establishment, and has more than 200 elegant and innovative desserts in its portfolio.

In 2016, Cupcake Philosophy was the supplier of the 2016 Sports Wedding of the Year, as well as two of the weddings named as "Best Weddings" in 2017.

Also, in 2022, Ioana Romanescu was named "Best Pastry Chef" at the Horeca Women Awards Gala and received XNUMXnd place in the same category, at the Horeca Awards Gala.

Pastry Chef Ioana Romanescu is currently a trainer and mentor for those who want to specialize in the art of desserts, supporting training courses in the HoReCa industry and contributing to the development of the next generation of confectioners and pastry chefs.
