The team of artisan chocolatiers from Or'A Chocolatist Brașov is the only one from Romania that participated in Salon du Chocolat 2019 in Paris, the largest European event dedicated to the chocolate industry. 25th edition of the international fair took place at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center from October 30 to November 3 this year and brought together chocolatier artists and renowned designers from over 60 countries around the world.
Aura Tobescu, founder of Or'A Chocolatist, presented in the salon more than 30 assortments of pralines and tablets, his own recipe, from the portfolio of the workshop. The products were created exclusively from Belcolade Belgian chocolate combined with unique aromas from flowers, citrus fruits or aromatic plants. The star of the stand was praline with saffron decorated with edible gold leaf.

"We are the first Romanians in 25 years of Salon du Chocolat, according to the words of chocolate enthusiasts from all over the world, who come here year after year. In 8 years of chocolate manufacturing, it was my most intense experience, behind our presence at this Salon being many hours of work, financial effort and sleepless nights. It is more than an ambition of mine to change people's mentality about Romania, about Romanians. We are so proud that we managed to show that our country can stand up to other countries that create chocolate with a perfect taste and texture", declared Aura Tobescu, professional chocolatier and founder Or'A Chocolatist.
