• Pinsa Di Marco receives the Italian award for innovation, being chosen Product of the year 2024.
"Product of the Year" is the award for innovation given to new products and services launched on the Italian market and has been awarded since 2005, at the initiative of entrepreneur Simonetta Flores.
The products are synonymous with quality and credibility as they are chosen by consumers who vote through a market study carried out by circana (an independent, reliable and leading institute in the field).

For each product category – from food and beverage to household and cosmetics, from finance to technology – the products that scored the highest innovation and satisfaction average in their category are chosen. Products selected in this way can carry the prestigious red-white logo of "Product of the Year" for a year in all their commercial communication strategy.
On March 18, 2024, the entire range of Pinsa produced by the Di Marco company, the company that created the original Pinsa Romana recipe, received the award "Chosen product of the year 2024", in the Pinsa category, following a survey conducted on a sample of approximately 12.000 consumers.
Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, the Pinsa base is a revolutionary dough that is left to rise for 72 hours. Created in 2001 by Corrado Di Marco, the dough is made from a unique blend of flours and leavening agent ( mother pasta ), with low fat and sugar content.
