• Open session for Measure POC 4.1.1 BIS starting on October 25, 2022, 10.00:XNUMX a.m.

Companies that want to sign up for the Grants of 50.000 - 500.000 euros, awarded by POC Measure 4.1.1 BIS and intended for SMEs in the food industry and construction, can do so starting today, October 25, 2022. The launch period of the call for projects and the submission of funding applications is October 25, 10:00 a.m. – October 31, 2022, 23:59:59 p.m.

The objective of the call represents it restoring the resilience capacity of micro-enterprises, small enterprises and medium-sized enterprises, by granting support from non-refundable external funds for the realization of initial investments or investments in re-technology, in the current field of activity or in a different field of activity.

Through the She's Next Measure 4.1.1 BIS can be obtained FUNDING with a value between 50.000 euros and a maximum of 500.000 euros, which is determined within the maximum limit of five times the turnover achieved in 2021.
Eligible beneficiaries who apply for FUNDING and implement the project in this competition are the SMEs that cumulatively meet several conditions, among which:
– they recorded operational profit from the current activity, respectively from the exploitation activity in the 2021 financial year;
– are established by December 31, 2020 inclusive;
- I have own co-financing of the project, from any legally established sources that do not represent a form of public aid;
– they are not considered enterprises in difficulty in 2021.
– undertakes to present evidence regarding the reasonableness of the costs for the investments for which state aid is requested;

Eligibility criteria

- at least 20% of the project value represents investments that attest to the green character in accordance with the provisions of annex no. 1 to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2.139 of the Commission of June 4, 2021 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council by establishing the technical examination criteria to determine the conditions under which an economic activity qualifies as activity that contributes substantially to climate change mitigation or adaptation to climate change and to determine whether that economic activity significantly harms any of the other environmental objectives;
– they have not relocated, in the two years preceding the application for aid, to the unit where the initial investment for which aid is requested is to take place and will not do so for a period of up to two years after the completion of the initial investment for which help is requested;
- they have not benefited from illegal aid and have not used, in an abusive manner, a legally granted aid, which until the date of the submission of the project has not been fully recovered including the related interest.

Eligible expenses include:

– expenses for the renovation/modernization of the production premises;
– machinery, technological and functional equipment with and without assembly, including IT&C, software technologies;
– specific installations/equipment in order to obtain an energy saving, work installations, furniture, IT equipment;
– means of transport;
– patents, licenses, trademarks;
– non-deductible value added tax, etc.
