• The Horeca Women Awards Gala, the first event in Romania dedicated to the promotion of female leadership in the hospitality industry, returns on September 26, 2024, at Le Chateau in Bucharest.
Launched in 2020, this event, intended for all professionals in the hospitality industry, from entrepreneurs and managers in hotels, restaurants and cafes, to chefs, representatives of professional associations, Horeca suppliers and experts in related fields, aims to annually celebrate the excellence of ladies from this dynamic and challenging field.

The Horeca Women Awards Gala highlights the significant contribution of women in various sectors of the hospitality industry, recognizing their professionalism and achievements.
Prior to the awards ceremony, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from special guests, top hospitality and related industry professionals, who will share inspirational business visions and authentic examples of leadership.

The jury for this edition is composed of renowned professionals from the hospitality industry and related fields. The members of the jury vote only in the categories where there are no direct links with the companies they belong to, and the ladies of the jury cannot be nominated.
