Bread with seeds, crackers with flax - winners "Gustul Ales 2021"

• The "Ora de bon gust" competition has named its "Chosen Taste 2021" winners. The 10-seed bread, gluten-free cake with cocoa and cranberries and cracker with flax are the brands that won prizes in the categories they competed in.

The "Good Taste Hour" contest, now in its sixth edition, recently named its "Chosen Taste 2021" winners. The products that were able to prove that they were manufactured in Romania entered the judging and were awarded in a new contest "Hour of good taste", organized by RO. food.

The year 2021 brought an additional novelty: in addition to the awards in each category, special awards were also introduced: Novelty, Junior, Nutrition & Health and Innovation.

Among the winners: bread, check, crackers

The "Gustul Ales 2021" trophy in the Bread Category was acquired by Oltina with the product Bread with 10 seeds.

The "Gustul Ales 2021" award, Bakery - pastry category was awarded by Crakers with linen made by those from Artisan bread.

The "Gustul Ales 2021" special award, Inova, was awarded to the IBA Bucharest for gluten-free cake with cocoa and cranberries.

Categories and subcategories Contest "Good taste"

We remind you that in the "Time of good taste" competition, the following could be entered in the competition: bakery and pastry products, cheeses, raw-dried meat products, boiled-smoked meat products, fish preparations and vegetable-fruit products processed. Alcoholic beverages wines, beer, strong alcoholic beverages were also able to enter the competition.

Jury of the "Hour of Good Taste" Contest

The members of the jury watched and scored each individual preparation: the taste, the smell, the specific characteristic of each group of products, the appearance, the list of ingredients, but also the content of the technical sheet of the product.

The jury included: Mihaela Bilic (Nutritionist), Denisa Duță (Scientific Director of IBA Bucharest), Vasile Ghimpu (Vice-President of FNDA, accredited taster of salami and coffee), Gabriela Mohan (PhD engineer specialist in the food industry), Dana Pop (PhD engineer in the food industry , accredited taster of cheeses, salamis and coffee), Daniela Paraschiv (Doctor of Food Industry Engineer, accredited taster of cheeses and salamis) and Daniela Voica (Technical Director of ROMPAN).

The awards ceremony was broadcast live on the Facebook page RO. food. The full list of winners in each category and subcategory can be found on the website the organizers.

Winning a prize in this competition is a guarantee of quality, the organizers stating that following the prizes awarded in previous editions, the companies noted an increase in sales and a success in imposing new goods on the supermarket shelves.
