The first workshop with the theme "Mayo bread, a bread with personality” will take place during 19-20 September, being organized by INCDBA IBA Bucharest in collaboration with the Association of Milling and Baking Specialists (ASMP) and is dedicated to the fermentation process in bakery. The event will take place at the headquarters of IBA Bucharest from Baneasa Ancuța street no. 5 and will include a communications session as well as demonstrations in the institute's pilot station.
