• SIGEP, the meeting place for professionals in the bakery industry,pastry, confectionery, gelato and coffee, has reached its 44th edition.
The 44th edition of SIGEP, The Dolce World Expo will take place in Rimini, Italy from January 21st to January 25th, at the same time as AB Tech Expo, the bakery, pastry and confectionery technology exhibition.
During the SIGEP International Fair in Rimini, professionals in the field will be able to discover novelties, innovations and trends in the world of desserts, coffee, raw materials and ingredients, machinery and equipment, packaging and services.

The SIGEP International Salon is a unique meeting place for dialogue between companies in the field and professionals, for the development of new business opportunities and sharing of information in the field.
More than 1000 exhibitors representing the top companies in the field, as well as more than 130.000 visitors from more than 180 countries, are expected at the event for 5 days to take the pulse of the dessert and coffee industry.
In addition to the presentation of raw materials, ingredients, equipment, furniture, packaging solutions, there will also be profile competitions, such as The International Bakery Contest "Bread in the City", The Pastry World Championships, The Italian Barista Championships, Gelato World Cup, but also conferences supported by renowned speakers in the field.
