• The world, as we know it, has gone through and is still going through metamorphoses that are sometimes difficult to intuit and imagine. The world of baking is no exception, the last year proving once again, if it was needed, that the industry can reinvent itself, reshape itself, according to the wide range of challenges.
The pandemic created a shortage of skilled labor, the dawn of which had already appeared before 2019. Labor migration, favored by unprecedented freedom of movement, with globalization in full swing, proved that known and functional models in one context, they can change extremely quickly in another context.
The personnel crisis and the demand for natural products determined the need for automation
Domestic producers of bakery products faced a double problem during the pandemic: the lack of staff and the growing demand for products made from natural raw materials.
These two challenges brought to the fore the need for complete automation of production processes and control of raw material warehouses.

A critical point in the production of a company in this field is the management and handling of the raw material, given that there are losses caused by its poor handling, as well as losses caused by inconsistent dosing in the production process.
Despite the caution with which investors place their money, the bakery industry has somehow been forced to step forward. The solution that we have constantly offered to our customers, large or small companies, has been verified over time in a mutually beneficial cooperation with the Italian manufacturer of storage-transport-dosing installations CEPI SpA.

During the pandemic, people had the necessary time to reconsider their eating habits and the use of products as natural as possible, and realized that they can eat healthier than they did before in the rush of everyday life.
In addition to the obvious advantage of using natural raw materials, there are others benefits immediate economic benefits, such as reducing handling and direct production staff costs, reducing yeast costs, minimizing raw material losses.

Available production capacities start at 180 liters and are customizable according to customer needs. Also, raw material storage capacities are varied and customizable, so there is total flexibility in approaching the investment project, with capacities that can be added after the initial investment if the budget is limited.

The advance of technology, even if the processes are led by an "artificial intelligence", has also helped enormously in this direction of the transition to the natural, by facilitating a very precise control of the production processes and the efficiency of the consumption of raw materials, thus creating the premise of new investments in production capacities in a shorter time.
