• Between May 5-6, 2022, on the Black Sea coast, at the Phenicia Blue View Resort in Olimp, a new edition of the top CARNEXPO Grill will take place.
In a premium location, at the Phenicia Blue View Resort in Olimp, the most important gastronomic event in Romania, CARNEXPO Grill, once again removes formal barriers, facilitating outdoor socialization, over a barbecue and a glass of wine, of specialists from food industry, HoReCa and retail.
With the declared aim of promoting local Romanian products, first edition a CARNEXPO Grill took place in 2020 and brought together over 200 specialists and enthusiasts from the main segments of the food and beverage industry, HoReCa and retail.
2021 edition reached a record number of more than 1500 participating specialists, professional speakers in the field, presentations, product tastings and high profile technological demonstrations, as well as exhibition stands for meat, meat dishes, beer, wines, spices, oils, salads, dairy products, sweets, snacks, ice cream, juices, technological equipment and machinery, thus confirming the importance of the event for the food industry.
What CARNEXPO Grill awaits us this edition
And this time at CARNEXPO Grill there will be representatives of major companies in the field of meat processing, renowned chefs, beverage producers, importers, exporters and distributors from the agri-food industry.
The new CARNEXPO Grill edition offers us, in addition to food product presentations, exceptional culinary competitions and shows, demonstrations by specialist chefs, bakers and pastry chefs, meat slicing demonstrations and the launch of the grilling season through tastings of products and dishes intended for cooking on the grill.
There will also be conferences, presentations, discussions and free debates to promote the agri-food sector and local Romanian products with the most important representatives from the HoReCa and retail segment.
Innovative solutions for the food industry
An important role in the CARNEXPO Grill event is the presentation of cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions for the food industry.
Thus, it was decided that at this year's edition, the technology segment will be promoted more by presenting suppliers of machinery, equipment and ingredients for the food industry (meat, milk, bakery, vegetable products, beverages).
