Hosts 2025, organized by Fiera Milano, promises to be an immersive experience, bringing together industry professionals to discover the latest technologies, products and trends shaping the future of the industry. From connected equipment through artificial intelligence and robotics, to automated kitchens, energy-efficient ovens and sustainable materials, Host 2025 is the place where innovation meets design and functionality.
The 2025 edition comes with a reconfigured layout, designed to facilitate a fluid and efficient experience for visitors. The main access is through East Gate It is directly connected to the metro and train stations, and the continuity between the halls has been improved. The halls 8-12 and 16-20, arranged on two levels, are connected by a passage on the second floor, ensuring a constant flow of visitors to the dedicated areas coffee-tea, bar, coffee machines and vendingIn addition, the hall 18, located next to the hall 20, will host a common area with Gelato, facilitating interaction between related sectors and promoting cross-selling opportunities.
Innovation and excellence in bakery and chocolate
A highlight of this year's edition is the emphasis placed on the art of baking by MIPPP – Milano Pane Pasta Pizza, an initiative supported by the partnership with SIPAN Consortium, which brings together Italian leaders in technologies for this sector. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the latest innovations in equipment and ingredients, but also to participate in dedicated events, such as the conference Fermenti di Sapienza: Il Lievito Madre or workshops Bread and Wellbeing.

Bakery Square will host the final Panettone World Championship, with 10 national teams from around the world, but also European Pizza Championship, where the best pizzaioli masters will demonstrate their skills. In the world of coffee, World Barista Championship returns to Milan, together with Host Talks – Beyond the Cup, a project dedicated to coffee culture. Competitions such as Grand Prix Cafeteria, Mocha Challenge and Lags Battle Italy/World Lags Battle they will liven up the atmosphere, and the master Gianni Cocco will explore unique coffee fusions in Coffee Addition, in collaboration with AICAF.
Showcookings and workshops organized by APPa.Fre. (Association of Fresh Pasta Producers of Italy) ), APCIA ( Professional Association of Italian Chefs ) and FIC (Italian Chefs Federation), along with the seminars FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International) , will provide inspiration and practical solutions for professionals.
