• Cofetarul Isteț – the Shop of Bakers, Pastry Makers, Confectioners, Chocolatiers and Ice Cream Makers – will soon move to a new premises.
The Cofetarul Isteț brand and store, part of the Nova Pan Brașov group, will soon inaugurate a new space. After continuous growth and important experience gained in the 10 years since its foundation, Cofetarul Isteț will move its activity to a larger, modern and adapted space to accommodate a richer variety of products.
Located on Strada Poienelor no. 2A, the new headquarters will have three distinct areas, with an area of 1500 sqm:
• Store for direct sales.
• Warehouse to ensure deliveries of online orders.
• Office space and client/supplier discussion area.
The new headquarters also has a generous parking lot, to facilitate access for customers visiting Cofetarul Isteț.

The foundation of the daily activity of the Cofetarul Isteț store is the satisfaction of customers who choose the professionalism of the team behind the brand. Authorized distributor for prestigious companies, Cofetarul Isteț offers on the profile market work utensils and decoration accessories from international brands such as: Martellato, Pavoni, Decosil, Lesepidado, Decora, Alphabet Molds and many other prestige suppliers.
Mihai Todor, sales manager at Confectioner Isteț, declares for Arta Albă:
"During the 10 years of activity Cofetarul Isteț has evolved from a few products in the range, to over 10.000 various items, from accessories and utensils for the White Art (Confectionery, Patisserie, Bakery, Ice Cream Shop, Chocolate Shop). Thus, throughout these years, we have overcome several important barriers:
• 2012 – The first product sold by the new Cofetarul Isteț team;
• 2014 – Signing exclusive partnerships with important suppliers in the field;
• 2015 – Start of specialization courses for Confectioners, supported by internationally renowned Pastry Chefs;
• 2017 – The first year in which annual sales exceeded 1.000.000 EURO;
• 2018 – Transition to the new online platform cofetarulistet.ro interconnected with the internal management system and order processing automation;
• 2020 – Reorganization of the team and allocation of sales agents for each geographical area;
• 2021 – I processed the order with no. 50.000 from the new platform;
• 2022 – We have exceeded the number of 40 suppliers we collaborate with;
• 2023 – Moving to the new headquarters;
Continuous growth
Thus, by overcoming this new barrier - the move to the new headquarters - we will be able to increase the availability and range of products in stock, which we offer to our customers. Some of the new products that will be found in the near future on the website www.cofetarulistet.ro there will be: small equipment for confectionery (hand mixers, blenders, processing robots), various raw materials (essences, spices, additives), HORECA products, packaging.
Next, we are in the process of developing an automated management and delivery system to streamline the processing time for each order. Thus, we will be able to maintain the excellent 24-hour delivery time for each order, even at a very high level of daily orders.”

Georgiana Munteanu, one of the company's enthusiastic employees, shares with us both her experience and her future plans within Cofetarului Isteț:
"I started working at Cofetarul Isteț, Nova Pan brand, in September 2020. I found the field of activity very attractive, especially since I graduated from the Faculty of Food and Tourism. Although I had a lot of technical knowledge in this field, I had to learn and familiarize myself with many of the specific products sold by Cofetarul Isteț. I can say that I am very excited every time we start working with a new supplier and we start promoting these products. For example, recently we started collaborating with a 3D printer supplier and recently we also sold, installed and conducted training on the first food 3D printer in Romania.
I want to communicate with existing customers as much as possible. It gives me great pleasure when I know that I have helped a customer choose the right product for their needs, or improve their production or efficiency.
