Study based on three main criteria
The President and CEO Company, Daniel Servitje, states in a press release: "This recognition as one of the Best Companies in the World reflects the work and passion of the more than 145.000 employees of the Bimbo Group."
He also adds: "Since our founding over 78 years ago, we have sought to be an agent of change that positively impacts the communities in which we operate, helps protect our natural ecosystems, and provides superior quality products to all of our consumers."

The methodology used by Time magazine to designate the best companies in the world is based on the analysis provided by the market researcher The report of Statista to identify the 750 companies in the retail, manufacturing, engineering, automotive and services sectors, among others.
The study is based on three main evaluation criteria: employee satisfaction; financial growth and sustainability (ESG) performance. The data is then analyzed to obtain a total score for each company, with a maximum of 100 points.
Microsoft, Apple, Alphabet (the company that owns Google) and Meta Platforms (formerly Facebook) took the top four spots, a remarkable achievement after a difficult year for Big Tech, which has seen tens of thousands of jobs laid off since month January.
Companies that dominate the world economic order

The Bimbo Group was ranked 113, behind Coca-Cola Co (67st in the food and beverage category and 90th overall), Nestlé (109th overall) and Procter & Gamble (124th), but ahead of PepsiCo ( 125th), Unilever (132th), Cargill (162nd) and General Mills (XNUMXnd).
Bimbo's overall score was 87, with a sustainability rank of 291, an employee satisfaction rank of 104 and a growth rate of "raised". In comparison, Microsoft's overall score was 96,46, followed by Apple at 96,36 and Alphabet at 95,18
"The ranking shows who dominates the world economic order, with fast-moving technology and services companies displacing the manufacturers and consumer goods companies that once led the global economy", Time magazine said in its announcement. "The world's best companies in 2023 can produce things just as their predecessors did, while employees, shareholders and the planet benefit as well."
