• In September, Brașov will become the host of the 2024 edition of the Bimbo Global Race marathon.
This fall, on September 29, 2024, Brașov will host a special event that combines sport with a gesture of solidarity: Bimbo Global Race. The event aims to bring together people from all over the world to run in the middle of nature and donate 100.000 slices of bread to people in need.
After Mexico, Spain, the United States of America, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, India, China, Canada, it was Romania's turn to be part of the Bimbo community.
Every participant registered in the race Bimbo Global Race automatically contributes to the donation of 20 slices of bread, helping to fulfill the Mexican company's global mission to reduce hunger and support vulnerable communities.
The action is not just about covering a certain distance, be it 1, 2 or 5 kilometers, but about the joy of being together, supporting a noble cause and spending an active day outdoors with friends, family and loved ones.

Under the motto "Sharing The Good”, the global event aims to inspire communities around the world to connect with a common cause.
