• Urbea Food Fest, a gastronomic event dedicated to the whole family, expands in 2025 with a series of five gastronomic festivals that will take place in: Alba Iulia, Iași, Deva, Piatra Neamț, Brașov.
Urbea Food Fest promotes sustainable practices and culinary flavors from around the world. Thus, each event brings together the best food trucks in the country, talented chefs, as well as workshops on wellbeing, sports, creativity and education.
"We want to promote models of good practice and demonstrate that large-scale gastronomic events can be organized in a sustainable way. That is why, within the Urbea Food Fest events, we promote local producers and short supply chains, use biodegradable packaging and reusable glasses, while also organizing educational workshops adapted for all age groups," says Florin Maxim, president of the Association for the Promotion of the Food Industry.
