Prices on the Euronext stock exchange

• The wheat market remains undecided. Prices are divided between the need to stabilize after a drop of EUR 50/t since the beginning of the year and the still very tough export competition with Black Sea wheat.

The December 2025 wheat contract on Euronext, which closed on Friday +0,25 EUR/t at 189,75 EUR/t, recorded a weekly increase of +0,75 EUR/t.

Same setup for corn. With a close on Friday up +1,25 EUR/t, at 186,75 EUR/t, the contract Euronext from November 2025 it records a weekly increase of +0,75 EUR/t.

Rapeseed recorded the strongest weekly increase of +11,75 EUR/t, with trading closing +6,50 EUR/t at 473 EUR/t for the November 2025 contract.

USDA Report

In the last monthly report published, USDA released the following estimates of global stocks for 2025-2026:

• Wheat: 264,1 Mt compared to 260,1 Mt estimated last month and 262,4 Mt in 2024-2025;
• Maize: 281,4 Mt compared to 282,5 Mt estimated last month and 284,2 Mt in 2024-2025;
• Soy: 124 Mt compared to 124,9 Mt estimated last month and 123,6 Mt in 2024-2025.

In the European Union, wheat production for 2025-2026 is increased to 140,1 Mt from 138,25 Mt last month, while corn production for 2025-2026 is reduced to 55,3 Mt from 58 Mt last month.

As analysts predicted Argus media, USDA increased production of the 8 wheat exporting regions by +9,15 million tons compared to last month, reaching a new record of 406,6 million tons. According to USDA, wheat stocks of the main exporters would reach the highest level since 2018-2019, at 66 million tons.
