The investments were mostly directed towards the production and storage lines. At the beginning of 2020, the company had budgeted 10 million euros for investments. In terms of profit for this year, Boromir has estimated a 10% increase over 2019. The company may meet, or even exceed, its proposed target, given the increase in production capacity and the increased demand for the type of products sold by Boromir .
"The year 2020 was a year of investments and changes. Our response to consumer demands came through investments of 3 million euros in the bread line in Buzău and 5 million euros in grain silos and in increasing the production capacity of sorghum in Sibiu", Ioana Boromiz, marketing director, told Ziarul Financiar.
