Through the She's Next instruction no. 67, published by Ministry of European Investments and Projects – Directorate General Operational Program Competitiveness on 09.10.2023 the following are established:
There are eligible for reimbursement only the expenses incurred by the beneficiaries, according to the supporting documents/evidence, actually paid until 31.12.2023. All other expenses (any payments made to suppliers within the project) made after 31.12.2023 fall under the exclusive responsibility of the beneficiaries (that is, they will be borne by the beneficiaries).
Beneficiaries will be able to submit payment requests until of November 20, 2023.

If, for objective reasons, the equipment provided in the projects will not be put into operation by 31.12.2023, the beneficiaries will submit to AMPOC, until 20.12.2023, a notice of extension of the project implementation period (only commissioning of the equipment) but not later than 31.05.2024.
The extension of the implementation period will be carried out only for those projects whose procurement procedures did not use the equipment delivery period as an evaluation factor, respectively the principles underlying the procurement are not affected.
Beneficiaries have the obligation until 31.05.2024 to put the purchased equipment / machinery into operation and to ensure that the projects are fully operational (physically completed / fully implemented).
The final progress report will be submitted, together with the final reimbursement request, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the end of the implementation period of the project activities.
