The Belgian group Puratos, global leader in the production of ingredients for the bakery, pastry and chocolate industry, has expanded the manager's responsibilities
Romanian Gabriela Bereș, who will ensure the implementation of the group's strategy in a region extended to 18 markets, which generates a turnover of around 150 million euros. Bereș will oversee the activities of the subsidiaries in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and the operations in Albania, Kosovo, Georgia, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
"Puratos continues to grow and strategically integrate the changes generated by the acquisitions of factories in the last 2 years, with special attention to the integration of the Austrian manufacturer Diamant," said Gabriela Bereș, Regional Director Central and Eastern Europe & Caucasus. Gabriel Gălușcan – the new General Director of Puratos Romania
The Belgian group made another change in the management of the Romanian subsidiary. Gabriel Gălușcan will take over the role of General Director of Puratos Romania. Gălușcan has 20 years of experience within the team, and in the last 11 years he was the National Sales Director, during which he had a valuable contribution to the increase of the company's turnover, including by developing commercial relations with artisans and companies of distribution. Gabriel Gălușcan has a Romanian-American Executive MBA from ASEBUSS and is a graduate of the Politehnica University of Bucharest.
