• In the current context, marked by the need for modernization and sustainable growth, the SME Eco-Tech 2026 Program represents one of the most attractive financing lines available to Romanian entrepreneurs.
Supported by Swiss funds, the program offers access to non-reimbursable grants combined with bank credit under advantageous conditions for investments in equipment, energy efficiency and digitalization.
The program is mainly aimed at companies in the following fields: production, trade and services, who want to modernize their activity, increase productivity and adopt green solutions.
Who can benefit from financing?
The following are eligible:
- Microenterprises who achieved a turnover greater than 2 million lei in the year 2024;
- Small and medium-sized enterprises from the production, trade and services sectors, which meet the program's eligibility criteria.
Financing value
The total value of a project is 668.100 lei, structured as follows:
- Maximum 267.240 lei – non-reimbursable financing (grant);
- Minimum 400.860 lei – bank credit on preferential terms.
Eligible investments
The funds can be used for a wide range of investments essential for the sustainable development of the business, including:
- Acquisition of modern technological machinery and equipment;
- Renewable energy systems;
- Energy efficiency solutions;
- Equipment for waste collection, treatment and recycling;
- Business digitalization (software, IT equipment and automation solutions).
Submission terms and conditions
The submission session is deschisă at this time, and projects can be submitted until July 24, 2026, 20:00 p.mThe funding is granted on the principle of "first come, first served"".
