• At this year's edition of Host Milano, the most important international fair dedicated to the hospitality industry, Wilden Herbals, a brand founded by Nicola Robecchi, will officially present Herbpress – a revolutionary brewing system that transforms traditional espresso machines into tools for quickly preparing herbal teas.
The event, hosted between October 17 and 21 at Fiera Milano, places Herbpress at the center of attention of professionals in the HoReCa sector, offering an innovative solution for healthy herbal drinks.
Herbpress, previewed in June at International World of Coffee Geneva and launched on the market at the beginning of October, is the result of a collaboration with IMS Filters, a global leader in the production of filters for espresso machines. The system allows you to obtain herbal infusions in just a few seconds, preserving the medicinal properties of the organic ingredients used by Wilden Herbals.
"Herbpress "makes it possible to obtain a concentrated infusion, comparable to an espresso, or a more ample and velvety version, similar to a botanical cappuccino, with all the benefits of medicinal plants. There is also a variant similar to an amaro liqueur, perfect to end a meal", declares Nicola Robecchi, the founder of the brand.
Innovative technology
This technology responds to the growing demand for functional, caffeine-free beverages adapted to the dynamic rhythm of cafes, restaurants and offices. Already popular in Northern Europe, Korea and Australia, Herbpress impresses with its simplicity and sustainability, eliminating the need for prolonged infusion or waste of material. "Herbpress is not just a product, but a new way to serve and experience herbs", Robecchi emphasizes, highlighting the disruptive potential of the invention.
Starting on October 7th, Herbpress has been tested in several select locations in Milan, offering the public a unique espresso brewing experience. These include Confine, a rustic pub in Viale Coni Zugna, known for its craft beer and warm atmosphere; Tone Milano, a bakery with Nordic and Georgian influences in Via Donatello, known for its innovative breads and functional drinks; and Eris, an eclectic space in Porta Venezia (Via Eustachi), which combines coffee specialty from Nudo, natural wines from Retrovino and exhibitions for emerging brands. These locations continue to integrate Herbpress into their offerings, reinforcing interest in this technology.
