• Between September 15 and 17, 2026, at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw, the fourth edition of Warsaw Sweet Tech will take place - the international fair dedicated to solutions for the confectionery, ice cream, café and bakery industries.
The event brings together manufacturers, suppliers and professionals in the field, who present machinery and equipment, raw materials and ingredients, decorations, packaging, technologies and practical solutions for confectioneries, ice cream parlors, cafes and bakeries.
The organizers propose a B2B meeting space where visitors can discover technological innovations, establish business contacts and follow current trends in the sweet sector. According to the program announced by the organizers, a distinctive aspect is represented by "Sweet Art on Stage", three days of live demonstrations and tastings supported by Junior Pastry Chefs, the national junior team of Poland. The demonstrations take place at stands B20 and B24 in Hall D. Between 11:00 and 13:00, young confectioners present innovative ideas for simple but impactful restaurant desserts. Between 13:00 and 14:00, the focus is on "Travel Cake", a practical, easy-to-transport dessert. From 14:00, attention turns to the single-portion dessert, seen as an important direction for the future of pastry. In parallel, in Studio Targowe in Hall D, the Trends Panel is taking place, a series of presentations dedicated to innovations and practical solutions.

The event is aimed at owners and managers of confectioneries, ice cream parlors, cafes and bakeries, technologists, confectioners, baristas, gelato makers, chefs, event organizers and HoReCa representatives.
