• Between March 17-19, 2023, in Brașov, in the Lux Divina complex, the 14th edition of GastroPan will take place.
GastroPan, the exhibition dedicated to the bakery and HoReCa industry, reached its second edition 14th edition, will take place in Brașov, at the complex Divine Lux, the same location as the previous edition, in 3 exhibition halls: Dacia hall, Lux Divina and Parc.
During the exhibition, innovative solutions and equipment for milling, baking, pastry, confectionery, ice cream, chocolate and HoReCa will be presented for three days. Professionals in the field will have the opportunity to discover the latest automated lines, multifunctional equipment, ovens and molding machines, as well as accessories for them.
Ingredients and raw materials will not be missing from the exhibition stands, and IT solutions adapted to serve the various sectors of the mentioned fields will also be present, through applications specially developed for this purpose.
In addition to the events held at the exhibition stands of the participants, GastroPan will also host a series of Contests, for the awarding of prizes such as Bread of the Year and Cake of the Year.
The event is organized with the support of specialized associations from the country and abroad such as BREAKING, ANAMOB, ANBCT, Euro-Toques, UIBC or WACS. The representatives of these organizations will be present at the event, along with exhibitors and visitors from the country, but also from the Republic of Moldova, Bulgaria, Italy, Hungary and Germany.
