This production line is characterized by high production capacity and has several advantages, from increased production capacity and modular design, to ease of use and control panels with an easy and intuitive interface.
The Canol-line work table can be equipped with an upper channel in stainless steel for the passage of electrical cables with connectors to allow the connection of all accessories and additional equipment that can be controlled and managed by means of a touch screen.
3. Canol-line work table in industrial version

It offers the maximum in terms of production capacity and flexibility. Due to its high performance, solid construction adapted to a high production capacity, the highest standards of hygiene and high operational precision, this work table in the industrial version is intended for bakery lines with high and very high production capacities.
It is available in a wide range of working lengths and widths: 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm and can be four different lengths, 4000mm, 5500mm, 6500mm, 7500mm and 8500mm.

All worktables are controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) using a touch screen control panel with an easy and intuitive interface that allows the ability to store and re-access production programs and parameters.
