• The Romanian Board of Milling, Bakery and Flour Products Industry ( ROMPAN ) announces the launch of a new project dedicated to professional development.
Conformable – Counseling and Training for professional development in the milling, bakery and flour products industry, SMIS code 317580 – is a project dedicated to professional development in the mentioned field for less developed regions.
Funded by the European Social Fund+, the Call "keep up", it will take place during September 2024 – February 2027.
The project aims to increase competitiveness in the milling, bakery and flour products industry through an integrated program of concrete measures.
It aims at developing human resources and updating skills for 623 employees from the regions North-West, North-East, South-East, South Muntenia, South-West Oltenia and Centre.

For the period 2021-2027, the ESF+ has a budget of €142,7 billion and will continue to make an important contribution to the EU's social, employment, education and skills policies, including reforms relevant structures.
