In a warm and elegant atmosphere, the event mainly brought together clients interested in contracting the brand's services for candy bar at their upcoming events, giving them the opportunity to discover the creations firsthand and discuss personalized details.
Sweet Dessert, founded and run by Georgian Tufă, has established itself in recent years as a reference name in premium confectionery in Brașov. Recognized in 2025 with the title of Best Male Pastry Chef at the Chefi de Romania galas, Georgian Tufă transforms each dessert into a special experience, based on natural ingredients and a permanent search for innovation through continuous study and testing.

The collection Sweet Love is built around the theme of love, with fine, romantic and balanced aromas, elegant textures and delicate combinations meant to convey emotion and refinement. Each piece is designed as a small declaration of love, and among the impact elements proposed for candy bar include: the refined Madeleine pyramid, but also the spectacular Tiramisu pyramid.
During the event, guests passionate about the world of desserts were also able to enjoy a unique interactive moment through Choux Stationwhere they could create their own flavor combinations.

L'amore Dolce – a new chapter in the Sweet Dessert story
"Sweet Love is our candy bar campaign for 2026. Every year we want to tell a story through taste, aesthetics and atmosphere, and this year the theme is, naturally, love" Pastry Chef Georgian Tufă tells us.
"We chose romantic, fine, balanced aromas, delicate combinations that convey emotion and refinement. It's a collection inspired by love in all its forms."
When asked by the Arta Albă editorial team about the courage needed to expand operations in the volatile times we are going through, Georgian emphasizes once again that passion remains the engine that changes the rules of the game: "Courage comes, above all, from passion. I believe deeply in what we do and in our direction. We have never viewed development as a risk, but as a responsibility to the brand and to our customers."

We constantly invest in education, in courses, in improvement. We learn, we test, we research and we want to always be up to date with the latest news and science in the field. Evolution is not accidental, it is a continuous process.
"I want us to bring something new every time, something fresh, but based on knowledge and professionalism. And when passion is real and supported by work and study, courage becomes something natural."

The new laboratory represents an important step for Sweet Dessert, allowing for augmented production and the development of complex creations, in line with the high standards the brand has set.
