• Fiera Pastaria, the International Fair for pasta professionals, will take place in May in Italy, in Forenza.
The first edition of the International Fair dedicated to the pasta sector, Fiera Pastaria, will take place on May 20 and 21, in Florence, Italy, in the space of the famous Leopolda Station. Fiera Pastaria will bring together all the suppliers of pasta producers in the same event.
Suppliers of machinery, equipment and accessories, ingredients and services for pasta makers will be able to showcase their latest creations in a shared exhibition space, a trade fair all-in-one, which brings together in one place all the types of supplies needed by pasta producers.

- ingredient suppliers (raw materials, flavors, semi-finished products, etc.)

A varied range of products
Ravioli machines, automatic production lines, pasteurizers, presses, equipment for the production of gnocchi, mixers, molds and trays will be exhibited in the stands of the fair. There will also be packaging machines, thermoforming machines and packaging materials.

Semolina, various flours, mixes for gnocchi, flavors, semi-finished products for fillings will be just some of the types of consumables that will be displayed in the exhibition space from Pastaria iron, thanks to the leading companies in the sector.
The wide range of products offered at Fiera Pastaria aims to satisfy the needs of every type of pasta producer, both from the country and abroad, for which the event was specially designed.
Small fresh pasta shops and large industrial dry pasta producers, artisan gnocchi producers and gluten-free pasta companies will all be able to find interesting innovations in terms of products and services useful for their business at the Fiera Pastaria exhibitors.

Pastaria Festival
Inside the Stazione Leopolda, on the same days as the Pastaria Fair, visitors can also enjoy the eighth edition of the Pastaria Festival, the annual training, professional development and networking event for the pasta production sector.
The main actors of the sector – associations, professional bodies, universities, pasta factories and experts – will meet in Florence to share their knowledge and expertise in the field of pasta production during two days of meetings, workshops, presentations and many other activities.
