• Between March 27-29, 2025, Nova Pan opens the doors of its headquarters in Brașov to host Expo Nova Pan, an event specially designed for professionals in the fields of bakery, pastry, confectionery, gelato and chocolate.
For three days, at the Nova Pan Group headquarters in Brașov, on Poienelor Street, number 2A, visitors will have the opportunity to explore a generous exhibition space of 1000 square meters, where technology, practical solutions and live demonstrations will harmoniously combine to offer a unique experience.
La Expo Nova Pan Guests will be able to discover over 100 different professional equipment items, adapted to different production capacities and budgets, from ovens, mixers, dividers, to chocolate tempering machines, pasteurizers and display cases or packaging solutions. And the store "The Smart Confectioner" will add to these a rich selection of over 10.000 utensils and accessories for amateur and professional bakers, pastry chefs, confectioners, chocolatiers and gelato makers. Visitors will benefit from special prices on equipment, utensils and accessories during the exhibition.
The program includes daily demonstrations by professionals in the field. The company's specialists Zeelandia They will prepare bakery and pastry products, such as puff pastries with various fillings, buttery croissants, pizza or focaccia, as well as confectionery delights, from macarons to desserts in a glass or tarts.
With equipment produced by the partner company Nemox, various types of gelato and sorbet will be made, and the Italian company Lesepidado will present decoration techniques with food printers. A highlight will be the presence of Anna Gerasi, renowned pastry chef and winner of the "World Chocolate Masters Italia 2022" competition, who will provide demonstrations and technological consultancy.
Expo Nova Pan promises to be a valuable opportunity for professionals to discover cutting-edge technological solutions, meet other specialists in the field and be inspired by live demonstrations. The event schedule is as follows: Thursday and Friday, March 27-28, between 09:00 and 18:00, and Saturday, March 29, between 09:00 and 14:00.
