• On March 10, 2026, Nova Pan, in partnership with PreGel, organizes at its headquarters in Brașov a practical course dedicated to the basics of artisanal gelato, taught by Alessandro Romeo - master gelato maker with extensive experience in the field.
Alessandro Romeo owns four gelaterias in Verona and has been collaborating with PreGel, one of the most respected companies in the ice cream ingredients industry, since 2015.
The event will take place starting at 09:00, in the space specially arranged for such occasions, Baking Show, at the Nova Pan headquarters, Strada Poienelor no. 2A, Brașov. Participants will benefit from a structured practical session, focused on the essential techniques of baking production. gelato authentic.

Among the main themes are:
- Balancing and creating a recipe from scratch;
- Production of milk-based ice cream, through various methods;
- Obtaining and nuanced authentic flavors;
- Professional window display techniques;
- Making fruit sorbets and water-based ice cream, where texture balance and flavor intensity pose distinct challenges.
The course is aimed at both entrepreneurs who intend to open an ice cream parlor, as well as professionals in confectioneries, patisseries or HoReCa interested in introducing artisanal ice cream products into their offer or perfecting their working techniques.
The participation fee is 1.900 RON and includes lunch provided by the organizers. The amount is fully refundable in the form of a voucher of the same value, usable for purchases in the store Confectioner Isteț.
