The Swedish manufacturer of rotary pastry ovens, Revent, has been awarded at the innovation competition held at the international exhibition Europain 2014.
- Making the space in the bakery more efficient by reducing the footprint on the ground;
- Ergonomic and baker friendly – thanks to the sliding door opening system;
- Reducing energy consumption – by making the baking chamber more efficient, the new steam generation system with reduced water consumption, minimizing the consumption of raw materials and handling efforts.
