But the main innovation of the new controllers is the fact that they can connect via a wifi connection to the EPOCA Cloud, which can be viewed on any type of device: smartphone, tablet or PC.
It allows a direct dialogue with the oven even remotely, with the possibility to start baking programs and display graphs with the evolution of energy consumption, HACCP data and pre-setting weekly baking cycles, guaranteeing a constant management of the equipment parameters .

Finally, through the alerts, the Smart Panel allows the display of possible warnings in real time for any faults or malfunctions, even if you are not near the oven: a fundamental feature to avoid excessively long shutdowns of the equipment and to be able to foresee the more serious failures.
This platform can be used on the entire range of Cimav rotary kilns: from the smallest, TSR10, to the TSR15 40×60 CP/CL, to the TSR18 CP/CL 60×80, but also on the largest of this series, TSR20 80X100 HP/CL or TSR24 80X120 HP/CL.
With this new 4.0 technology, all furnaces can be interconnected, monitored and controlled within the EPOCA Cloud, creating an integrated laboratory where all Cimav furnaces can communicate on a single platform.
