• "Cuptorul Stria" is a bakery opened in Reggio Emilia - Italy, just a few years ago, by a group of young bakers, passionate about their craft. They trained and specialized over time working in various bakeries. For their new and ambitious project, the young bakers opted for the baking technology offered by the Tagliavini oven manufacturer. We visited them recently and on this occasion we also wanted to find out their impressions related to the experience of working with the purchased hearth furnace!
Michele, the owner of the bakery, chose to purchase a model oven Tronic, with automatic loading system, after, during his professional training in other bakeries, he had worked with various types and brands of ovens.
What the young entrepreneur says about the purchase made: "I believe that choosing a Tagliavini brand oven is synonymous with safety. Our objective was to produce in this bakery products of excellence, very different both in terms of form and the ingredients used. Thus, we produce bread here with organic flours and flours from ancient grains, but also a wide variety of other products, all of a high quality and all leavened with Maya natural."
It saves energy and bakes perfectly
"The quality standard of Tagliavini ovens allows us to bake, at the same time and with maximum safety, products with different shapes or compositions, thanks to the possibility of choosing different parameters for each individual hearth."
The baker claims that, "in the five years since we've been working with this oven at full capacity, we've seen significant savings in electricity consumption, which we didn't think was possible. Moreover, the vapor generator is really exceptional, which allows us to get very good quality products.”
Regarding the use of the oven, the owner wanted to emphasize that since the opening of the bakery, he has not encountered any problems.
"Any of us can work with this oven extremely easily, thanks to the intuitive and easy-to-use control units. That's why I claim that for us the Tagliavini brand is synonymous with safety!"
