The main short- and medium-term solutions to counter the effects of the personnel crisis faced by Romanian companies are automation and robotization, the outsourcing of certain activities, but also the import of human capital from abroad, according to the specialists of a software solutions company dedicated to human resources.
"According to this year's statistics, our country lacks more than a million employees who should cover various positions. Romania is going through a real demographic winter and there are data that show us that, due to migration and natural causes, we have ended up losing 300.000 people annually", pointed out Marian Hanganu, the sales director of Romanian Software.
Solutions for re-technological production spaces are developing at a fast pace, currently there are many systems in which the role of the human factor is only to supervise the technological flow, and the machines perform most of the tasks.
Thus, by adopting automatic solutions, in addition to solving the problems related to the lack of labor force, a plus is added to the finished product, by improving the quality and appearance, which can often be superior to the one made by hand.
On the other hand, according to the sales director of Romanian Software, a solution would be the import of labor, in order to prevent the personnel crisis faced by more and more employers.
Company representatives claim that "among the major advantages of personnel leasing is the saving of time and money, especially considering the efforts that are made with recruitment and with the payment of fees and taxes".
Recently, the government approved the addition of 8.000 to the quota of types of foreign workers newly admitted to the labor market in Romania, according to Agrofood.
