The production laboratory is located in Brembate (BG), where it also operates Vanilla Pastry Shop, and the products are prepared daily with top quality ingredients, selected with the utmost care. No artificial preservatives, colorings or synthetic flavors enter the composition of the biscuits – only traditional recipes reinterpreted with delicacy and respect for the raw material.

In November 2025, the brand crosses the online barrier and opens a unique confectionery in Città Alta, Bergamo (via San Lorenzo 8), inspired by a children's story published in 2024 by the Etabeta publishing house – "Kui ei biscotti dell'umore" ("Kui and the Mood Biscuits"), co-written by Luca Bertoncelli and Lella di Marino.

The book tells the story of a child who, one night, has a dream: he imagines he is on the planet 110 Bis, where he meets Centodieci, a little boy like him, who delivers special biscuits by bicycle, capable of improving the mood of those who eat them. The protagonist obtains the recipe for these sweets, but is missing an ingredient, which he will try to find, helped by his mother and his new friend's grandmother.

These two characters make both the book and the place special: they remind us of tradition, of the scent of warm biscuits, freshly taken out of the oven, without giving up on the quality of the ingredients and the taste of a dessert prepared with passion. In the intimate and welcoming space kindly run by Doris Bustamante, visitors are greeted by the intense aromas of chocolate, spices and dried fruits.
