Se apropie ediția 41 a expoziției internaționale Sigep

Expoziția internațională Sigep va avea loc la Rimini, Italia, în perioada 18-22 ianuarie 2020. Evenimentul este dedicat industriei de patiserie, panificație, cofetărie, ciocolaterie, gelaterie. Peste 1.000 de expozanți și 200.000 de vizitatori vor fi prezenți într-un spațiu de expoziție de aproximativ 130.000 mp.

Companii de top vor expune o gamă variată de materii prime și ingrediente, echipamente, mobilier și soluții de ambalare. Pe lângă expoziții, vor mai avea loc prezentări, susținute de 42 de speakeari renumiți (vezi lista completă a speakerilor aici). Subiectele cheie sunt împărțite în mai multe secțiuni tematice: produse de panificație, ciocolată, cafea, produse de cofetărie, decorare, paste proaspete, mobilier și accesorii, înghețată și pizza.

Cele mai importante și așteptate evenimente care vor avea loc în cadrul Sigep 2020 sunt International Bakery Contest „Bread in the City”, Gelato World Cup, Sugar Art World Championship, Italian Barista Championships.
